You will join our Macquarie Capital Finance team, located in Jacksonville, FL, as an Assistant Manager. You will play a very key role which is a mix of delivery responsibilities, process ownership and talent management. You will work closely and develop relationships with colleagues across the globe including senior stakeholders. Functionally, you are expected to be very hands-on and aware of the businesses you are supporting.

Postgraduate accounting qualification, preferably CA or CPA and 4-6 plus years’ experience in Financial Accounting (essential) which may include public accounting firm experience. Understanding of financial instruments and derivatives will be beneficial as well as being confident and competent in oral and written communication. Good attention to detail, are analytical and a self-starter. A strong control mind set with the ability to demonstrate capability and a willingness to be “Hands-on”. Demonstration of strong planning and organizing skills that helps balance between often competing priorities.
