Seeking experienced manger to oversee the day-to-day operations of M Institute for the Arts and our other brands.
Successful candidate will have a proven track record with management, sales, events, marketing, social media, technology, and light media and design work.
Since this is a small business and a small administrative team of 3-4, this job is for an energetic individual looking to take on any kind of task that may come up, roll up their sleeves, and drive this company forward. This is not a good fit for someone looking for a set job description with predictable daily tasks.
This is not a good fit for someone who is not good with new technology. Though no programming knowledge is required, operating sophisticated softwares and keeping up with tech trends is.

This is not good fit for someone who prefers close oversight and specific instructions. This role requires a individual who can take on what needs to be done with little oversight so the CEO can focus on launching new projects.
Types of tasks include but are not limited to B2B and B2C sales, administrative and faculty recruitment and hiring, faculty management, student account management, recital and special event planning, policy development/implementation/enforcement, faculty and student culture-building, customer service, facebook/Instagram/TikTok posting and scheduling, content curation, and more.
In addition to a base salary, manager will be responsible for meeting growth targets and will be offered bonus or commission incentives. Starting base salary is commiserate with experience.
Must have a BA or higher with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
