The E-Commerce Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving conversion rate and a flawless site experience for our customers by becoming an expert on our e-commerce platform and merchandising strategy/execution.
JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of marketing on the website.

Serve as a superuser within Salesforce Commerce Cloud for products, campaigns, promotions, content and navigation to present fabulous fine jewelry in a compelling way to site visitors Ensure consistency of our user experience and front-end execution by collaborating with content managers/front-end developers to ensure presentation is on plan Lead the team to execute web merchandising strategies to create a compelling shopping experience on the website including improving site navigation, assortment presentation, and personalized experiences Manage data needs and strategy related to KPIs, consistently monitoring and sharing their performance Analyze promotional results (sales, margin, click-thru, conversion, etc.
) to aid in the planning of future events and launches, and sharing feedback with the merchandise analysts/planners Support the Marketing/E-commerce department with ad-hoc Google Analytics and Sales Force Commerce Cloud reporting.

Manage ad-hoc/improvement-oriented projects related to website presentation of product collections including planning, pricing and measurement of results Experience and Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably within the B2C fashion or retail industry.
Hands-on experience with the business manager portion of e-commerce platforms is a strong plus Advanced excel and analytical skills Ability to learn and work with new technology for reporting and data analysis to identify trends, etc.

Ability to effectively communicate with all areas of the company – developers, merchandisers, creative roles Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize work and apply appropriate time management principals to complete all required activities in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of eCommerce best practices Proven ability to link knowledge of branding and target customers to key eCommerce elements in order to drive the business Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of luxury retail and the fashion industry is a plus Quick Apply.
