We are looking for an Assistant Manager that has experience in the call center industry. Must understand phone sales very well. If you cannot close deals over the phone and have a proven track record, please don’t apply.
Our Sales Objective: We work with condo owners to get them setup with our program to rent out their unused time spots.
As the Assistant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the whole office and making sure the office is running smooth at all times. The Assistant Manager will be the first person at the office and the last to leave. There are set hours for the call center but the Assistant Manager must be flexible as the closers have appointments that sometimes run longer than the works hours.
Assistant Manager’s duties
- Hire and Fire (all disciplinary actions)
- Train all reps on the floor
- Fix any issues with phone or phone systems
- Make sure everyone is here on time
- Make sure all reps our hitting their daily goals
- Create weekly, daily goals for appointment setters and closers
- Update all ads for hiring
- Making sure all customer service issues are handled or resolved
- Anything else involved to make the call center run smoothly
Dress Attire:
Monday – Thursday: business casual/professional
Friday is casual day
Hours:
Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
No weekends unless we have appointments setup that require us to be here.
Assistant Manager will receive base pay plus an override on the office’s room volume

Pay: $100,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
