The National Account Manager will be pivotal in expanding our food service business—a key focus area and our highest priority for 2024. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of developing a new product category in the craft ice industry. You will:
- Develop and drive broad Foodservice National Account (chain of restaurants, hotels, resorts, casinos, etc.) relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for the customer.
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources to obtain more profitability in the operations.

More About This Role
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods and on-premise products in the food services industry
- Experienced national account sales professional who is motivated and looking to accelerate a career in sales/account management.
- Ability to develop collaborative, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, designed to deliver mutually beneficial business results and best-in-class joint business plans.
- Ability to actively communicate and foster collaborative relationships to enable superior execution of customer business plans across key cross-functional team members (i.e., Sales Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing). This includes developing accurate, timely forecasting and detailed follow-through.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, agile, and demanding environment with a positive, tenacious, and resilient attitude.
- Self-motivated, flexible, agile, and not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive stronger performance and elevate the larger team.
- Fluent understanding of P&L.
- Desire and hunger to learn, develop and progress within the business.
- Location: This position is ideal for candidates residing in states operating under Central Time (CT) or Eastern Time (ET)
Total Compensation:
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year, based on experience.
- Commission Plan: Competitive commission structure designed to reward performance.
