Duties and details for Administrative Coordinator:
• Assist in coordinating and reporting of financial data
• Manager accounting policies and procedures
• Preparation of accounting documentation and analytical reviews
• Accounts Payable/ Receivables
• Completing documentation for foreign entities
• Customer support
• Temp-to-Hire
Qualifications for Administrative Coordinator:
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable and General Ledger
• Accurate Data Entry using 10 Key and Keyboard
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
• Outstanding Computer Skills with Financial software Sage 100 a Plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Attention to detail with data entry accuracy
• Works well in fast-paced environment
• Professional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus!
