PR & Communications Specialist

Summary: The Lupoli Companies is seeking a well-connected and skilled public relations professional to execute PR strategy, media relations, and storytelling for Lupoli Companies. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to identify strategic communications opportunities across local and national media. You will have experience owning PR campaigns from start to finish, developing the strategy, managing execution, and delivering results. You can digest and explain real estate information in layman’s terms and are excited to think big and demonstrate critical thinking. You are an effective storyteller and have close relationships with a wide variety of media. You demonstrate high judgment, can look around corners, and excel at juggling multiple priorities while working efficiently across a complex organization. Additional job responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Develop PR campaigns and assist with media relations.
• Maintain an updated database of media contacts.
• Manage relationships with media and other influencers.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with media.
• Identify and nominate Lupoli Companies and Sal’s Pizza for awards.
• Continually looking for new ways to measure and optimize programs
• Draft and manage approvals for internal and external materials
• Send consistent media releases for any news companywide
• Continually follow and connect with relevant media on socials.
• Assist with copywriting and communications projects like the company newsletter.
• Other communications projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Public Relations.
• 5+ years of Hospitality or Real Estate PR experience.
• Established media relationships in the Merrimack Valley and Boston.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
