What You Will Learn
- Work in partnership with key business partners across all Divisions
- Support People Leader through effective completion of various analysis.
- Take ownership of month end, trends, and plan for responsible Gross Margin lines. Partner with the COE team to automate data and reporting, verify accuracy and gain efficiencies in our current processes.
- Extract, manipulate and analyze data from various data sources including SAP, TM1 and other internal systems.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and financial reporting to be used by senior management.
- Using the lean mindset in day-to-day work

Required Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- University degree required, Finance, Accounting, or similar area
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis
- Strong financial acumen and skill set
- Willingness to ask questions and seek answers independently
- Strong attention to detail for accuracy with the ability to multitask
- Capacity to efficiently evaluate and resolve complex modeling/analysis
- Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, including PowerQuery
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other language(s) will be an asset
