Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Director of Strategic Finance to lead and build out our finance function. You will collaborate cross-functionally to manage Local Infusion’s core finance activities, including budget building, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and financial modeling processes. You will work closely with the founder and CEO as we scale our organization from 4 to 40 locations over the next three years. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data driven and strategic in their approach. You are a fast learner and quickly able to take ownership of new projects in a fast moving and ambiguous setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, build and manage the finance function including all finance and accounting operations (currently outsource our accounting) – this role will be both tactical and strategic.
• Drive strategic finance function, and support entire leadership with strategic recommendations supported by quantitative analysis with qualitative takeaways
• Manage key financial processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance analysis, headcount planning, and product forecasting
• Synthesize company and financial performance in monthly performance package for the CEO and Board of Directors
• Analyze financial and operational results to better understand the company’s overall financial health & performance
• Support CEO with high-impact investor and Board of Directors requests
• Develop data-driven investment theses, contract and market specific business cases, and evaluate criteria for growth and efficiency oriented strategic initiatives
• Support and M&A and other inorganic growth diligence efforts and process management
• Supports all capital raising activities requirements
• Work with growth team to evaluate new deals and strategic initiatives
• Managed outsourced corporate controller monthly financial reporting and build strong internal controls

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years at a top tier investment bank, consulting firm or private equity firm
• MBA a strong plus
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
• Must thrive in entrepreneurial fast paced, rapid change, hyper-growth environments
• Superior interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of both internal and external teams
• Strategic thinker who has desire to go above and beyond what is required, and dedication to the team and Company’s success
• Based in Nashville or New York

Benefits/Compensation:

• Salary Range: $175k – $200k
