Now to get to some of the specifics of a Finance & Admin Manager and the critical role it plays in our organization!
What does this role entail?
The Finance and Admin Manager is responsible for all of the back-end operations at LMJ Consulting. The role will be responsible for all of the data and systems related to the financial performance of LMJ. The Finance and Admin Manager will oversee staff to ensure accurate monthly/yearly financial reporting and daily financial operations. The manager will oversee and coordinate all HR systems and processes for LMJ. The Finance and Admin Manager will provide organizational leadership in the areas of responsibility and serve on LMJ Consulting leadership team.
Things you’ll do a lot of:
Provide overall financial leadership to LMJ
Manage staff to ensure accurate financial information
Intimate knowledge and ownership of systems and software that integrate financial information
Create and maintain daily/monthly/yearly financial reports
Provide a process for yearly budgeting and departmental budget oversight
Deep understanding of accounting including AR, AP, inventory, cash management and accrual accounting
Create standard processes with controls to ensure financial accuracy within LMJ
Oversight of all HR functions within LMJ consulting
Coordinate HR and benefits with outside sub-contracted HR agency
Manage 3 personal that provide critical administrative support to LMJ.
Create a fun environment for all employees and clients of LMJ
