Roles and Responsibilities
- Site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
- Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (Physical inventory, Revaluations, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
- Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
- Serves as best practice/quality resource.
- Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
- Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
- Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
- Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
- Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance and supply chain/operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant finance and operations
Desired Characteristic
- FMP/CAS graduates
- MBA
- Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change, provides data driven insights
- Clear thinking/problem solving successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions involving process improvements; able to quickly grasp new ideas
