The Individual Giving Manager is an integral member of the Development team and is responsible for managing a portfolio of donors and implementing stewardship activities to build Living Well’s annual fundraising efforts. The Individual Giving Manager is expected to do all job duties with the organizations values in mind; Advocacy, Community, Leadership, Respect, and Wellness.

Job Duties and Expectations
This position connects with donors, families, people served, staff, volunteers and prospective supporters resulting in long-term relationships and individual gifts to support Living Well’s mission. Responsibilities include relationship building with donor/prospect portfolio, reporting on donor and relationship activities, philanthropic case support, collaboration with the Development team and participation in special campaigns, committees, projects and events as needed.

Work Environment
The majority of the job duties will be performed at the administrative office with additional time spent traveling to various locations as related to and required for the position. Flexibility in work hours and locations is required to meet the organizational needs of this position. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smart phones.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; read and interpret information and documents; analyze and solve non-routine and complex office administrative problems; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new information or skills; perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks; work under deadlines with frequent interruptions; and interact with managers, staff, persons supported, the public and others encountered in the course of work.
