You’ll oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our 2-3 person Finance department, and will monitor and improve methods and systems for our financial, payroll and clerical record keeping/reporting. Primary responsibilities include:
Supervising, directing and coordinating work activities of our Finance department’s employees, as
well as related duties in our company’s Finance office
Performing accounting functions for the company
Maintaining a general ledger and preparing financial statements
Overseeing weekly submission of payroll to external processor
Preparing monthly budgets vs. actual reports, including sales analysis reports
Preparing all 401(k) and ESOP documentation for testing and annual audits
Qualified applicant will have:
Four-year college degree
3 to 5 years experience with office accounting
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
An eye for detail
