Job Description

The GTM Ops organization is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our sales organization to run effectively and efficiently. This individual is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the Agency-focused team within LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. As a GTM Ops Associate, you will be responsible for leading, executing, and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. This individual will also partner with sales leadership and other GTM Operations colleagues to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value.
Given the global nature of the Agency business, the candidate should have a strong strategic mindset and communications skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle confidential information, have high attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo, and work in a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from themselves and business partners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for sales teams, including reporting, dashboard maintenance, data analysis
- Work with Systems & Data teams to automate manual processes and enhance existing workflows.
- Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day-to-day decisions
- Advise senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities
- Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting)
- Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, HR, finance, and systems teams) to achieve objectives
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, management consulting, or an analytical/operational role
- 2+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Tableau, SQL/Presto, Anaplan (or a deep curiosity and excitement to learn)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience deriving actionable insights from data to influence and drive decisions
- Experience communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Motivation to challenge the status quo and continually innovate
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives
The pay range for this role is $85,000 to $126,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
