Completes daily and weekly payroll functions. Uploads appropriate file information to incentive files for processing. Coordinates with location management on any missing information needed to process changes.
Assists with reviewing and screening of applicants, scheduling interviews and conducting onboarding and scheduling orientation for new hire associates.
Processes attendance records on daily or weekly basis. Assists management with documentation verbiage
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Payroll systems; Internet software and Human Resource systems. Requires a familiarity with data entry procedures.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as government forms, legal documentation, policy manuals and procedure documentation. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Education/Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Safety regulations and policy is a big plus
