Lifespring is seeking a Residential Fiscal Care Manager in our Jasper, IN office. This position will provide financial & accounting support & coordinate with the Residential Fiscal Manager, HUD manager, care managers, peer coaches & other staff to ensure client finances are managed timely & appropriately.
Duties include utilizing accounting software, coordinating with & reporting changes to Social Security, completing SSA reports & audits, coordinating with clients, staff & community vendors, answering various inquiries, enforcing LS policies & procedures, managing resource limits, HUD requirements and various other tasks.
A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, be dependable, proactive, detail-oriented & able to work independently. Knowledge of basic office equipment, care management procedures, electronic medical record & Quickbooks & Abila/MIP software is helpful but not required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Covid vaccination is required.
