As a Program and Project Manager for our Underwriting Data Accuracy team, you will help manage a portfolio of programs and projects across both the Business and Personal Lines organizations to achieve and sustain improved data accuracy results, a critical component of the underwriting process. This position will drive data accuracy programs, build collaboration and consensus among stakeholders on data accuracy efforts and processes, help coordinate operational execution, and work with the Data Accuracy Directors to help set the strategy and drive key initiatives to propel us to best-in-class status.
Job Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the Director of Underwriting Operations to maintain and manage a portfolio of programs or strategic documents/processes to include those considered complex in nature with function-wide and/or cross SBU-wide impact.
You will lead moderately complex to complex projects within the Data Accuracy programs that will focus on improving the effectiveness of the sales and service process, as it relates to data accuracy and integrity, through key projects and initiatives.
You will partner and lead on the development and ongoing ownership of Data Accuracy Programs across the organization.
You will partner with the teammates to maintain a rigorous and disciplined project management approach to drive successful project implementations and data accuracy results.
You will monitor and assess outcomes and improve data accuracy performance, applying continuous improvement methodologies throughout the project management lifecycle
You will plan for and conduct meetings and reports to communicate the status of projects/processes to stakeholders within and beyond the project team, adeptly building consensus, driving decisions, and gaining buy-in among stakeholders across the organization.
You will escalate and work to resolve issues that serve as roadblocks and/or place objectives at risk, identifying and providing visibility into trade-offs between options while strongly influencing recommended approach.
You will support the development of a strong, positive culture regarding data accuracy and champion the importance of data accuracy and its impacts to profitability.

Experience in managing most aspects of the project management life cycle for multiple projects at one time, including those complex in nature.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
Proven ability to manage the project management life cycle for projects of varying complexity.
Proficient with project management tools.
Familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred
Project management certification strongly preferred.
Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
Proven business operations knowledge to include understanding the function’s value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 6+ years of relevant experience to include project management work. Advanced degree preferred.
