Marketing Manager will work directly with our Sales Manager and support our award-winning marketing and sales team. Marketing Manager will provide inbound and outbound lead generation support for the residential sales team. Candidates will possess exception communication and customer service skills as well as being highly organized and detailed oriented. · Must have Minimum of Associates degree in Marketing and 1-3 Years of Experience in a similar marketing role
· An understanding of digital marketing and online trends
· Working knowledge of SEO management
· A hands-on, self-starter, who is highly organized
· Impeccable writing skills
· A willingness to work with others to identify fresh and trendsetting ideas is a must
· Strong attention to detail and with the ability to multi-task
· Must be self-sufficient, able to prioritize, organize and possess a high level of time and project management skills, as well as be able to handle day-to-day needs of business as they arise
· A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
