Job Description: The Electronic Warfare sector is seeking a FP&A finance leader. This role will be responsible for working collaboratively with the sector president, sector CFO, divisions GM’s and finance leadership team for financial consolidation, forecasting and analysis as well as leading a team of PFA’s ensuring proper financial program execution and revenue recognition.
Provide financial leadership around all financial processes for the sector
Support executive level presentations and communications to clearly articulate sector performance
Lead the month, quarter, and year-end financial close process in coordination with Segment FP&A and Accounting
Ensures timely and accurate submittal of deliverables to Sector, Segment, and Corporate
High level of involvement in strategic planning and AOP process
Manage weekly reporting and cash flow
Responsible for developing and understanding L3Harris policies and procedures
Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities
Recommend and implement process improvements
Conducts ad hoc analysis as required by management
Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values
BS/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a financial analysis background with 10+ years Program Finance experience with programs, proposals and audits; or equivalent.
5 years’ experience with program finance, financial performance management and reporting, internal/customer reporting.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skill set, be capable of interfacing and forming strong business partnerships with sector and division leadership and stakeholders
Must be proactive in developing solutions to complex problems and driving implementation
Must have strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes
Must possess strong communication skills (oral, written, listening)
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $93,000 – $173,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount my vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
