At Labor Finders/LF Staffing our purpose is to help people find jobs for temporary and possibly permanent employment.
Our office consists of a manager and the assistant manager. We service predominantly the construction and warehousing industry by providing them with day labor. Our temporary employees are from all walks of life, and on average we put 50 people out to work each day.
Currently we are looking for an Assistant Manager. Interested candidates must be able to work with a diverse group of people, and have strong telephonic and interpersonal communication skills, social media skills, as well as good administrative skills.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:
Source potential clients through referrals, network, social media, contact campaigns, cold calling
Prepare, present, discuss professional staffing service proposals
Screen and interview candidates, schedule candidate tests and interviews as necessary
Prepare and submit resumes to clients, schedule, and coordinate client interviews
Maintain appropriate records and applicant tracking system throughout the process
Document contacts, connections, activities
Maintain solid understanding of open job requirements, as well as overall hiring profiles
Basic clerical work, typing, emails, phones etc.
Requirements of the Assistant Manager:
Strong communication, phone communication skills, social media & networking skills
Strong organizational skills
Solid computer and Internet skills, MS Office and Outlook, Word, etc.
Excellent customer service skills
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
2 or more years of experience at a staffing firm is a plus (not a requirement)
