We are looking for a Strategic Financial Manager who will establish processes and lead the partnership with executive level business partners to support our company strategy & operations.

Responsibilities :
Strategic Finance partner to the CEO external stakeholders Lead Level’s annual planning, consolidated financial statement reporting and forecasting processes (monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range plan) with high degree of accuracy and transparency
Provide analysis and conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues and manage financial processes such as planning, forecasting, reporting, and tracking performance.
Own and operate revenue, billings and deferred revenue forecasts and related analyses to understand drivers behind changes to revenue and gross margin and articulate recommendations to support profitable growth
Evaluate performance of current business and provide financial guidance and recommendations that drives short-term and long-term strategic decisions
Manage the forecast calendar and all communications and Lead beyond budgeting and planning – be a thought leader and partner with stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies while scaling the company
Manage and advise on special projects – may include new product launches, M&A activity, and market research Track and benchmark other comparable SaaS companies on several dimensions.
Continuously monitor and analyze the broader SaaS landscape Collaborate with the Company’s accounting, operations and analytics teams for month-end and quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability and accuracy of financial results
Requirements :
5+ years of total experience in strategic finance at high-growth SaaS business.
Exceptional financial modeling skills with great attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. Direct company FP&A experience partnering with business leaders is a major plus.
Solid understanding of the key drivers of a B2B SaaS business.
An understanding of corporate finance principles.
Ability to flex between high-level strategic thinking and deep-dive analytical problem solving.
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.A motivated self-starter with a high sense of ownership.
Strong academic background from top college or MBA.
