We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager with at least 6 years of experience to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support our Lender and strategic partnership ecosystems. This individual will have a great understanding of the Financial and FinTech industries and how to engage decision makers in this space. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, nurturing, and retention and will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with our lender, partner, and affiliate teams. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing a marketing automation platform and utilizing a CRM system, analyzing marketing metrics, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. You will succeed at the role if you:
Have proven experience in B2B marketing driving top and bottom line growth
Strong analytical skills and ability to target and segment content strategically
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Understand how to navigate and project manage the complexity of a project into a larger company program or key objective
Experience executing lifecycle marketing campaigns with enterprise-level marketing automation and CRM systems like Hubspot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud/Salesforce
Natural curiosity and a builder’s mindset
Some of the key areas that you will help to influence and have responsibility for include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for financial and FinTech B2B customers, including lead generation, nurturing, and retention.
Create and manage B2B marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, white paper development and other necessary marketing tactics
Develop project goals, tasks, and deliverables that will ladder into larger business key results
Analyze and segment customer data to create targeted marketing initiatives and personalization.
Collaborate with front-of-funnel and back-of-funnel teams across the business to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI and customer engagement.
Create and analyze key business metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategy accordingly.
Develop and execute on a budget for all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
