Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for a strategic and analytical CFO with a strong background in investment banking to join our leadership team.
Job Overview:
The CFO will be instrumental in guiding LemVega Capital through its next phase of growth. With your extensive investment banking background, you will bring expertise in financial modeling, projections, and strategic analysis. Your role will encompass driving the financial planning of the company, establishing and managing financial controls, and leading the strategic analysis and insights that support our investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial strategy development, incorporating sophisticated financial modeling and projection techniques honed in investment banking.
• Deliver accurate and detailed financial analysis to support the company’s investment strategies and decisions.
• Oversee all financial operations, including the review and approval of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting materials and metrics.
• Spearhead the optimization of the firm’s financial performance, including capital allocation and investment returns.
• Engage with and present to the board of directors on the company’s financial strategy and performance.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation, and reporting to the Company.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as CFO in a finance firm or relevant role with significant experience in investment banking.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and projections with a deep understanding of investment strategies.
• CPA or CFA qualification with a strong foundation in accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and Excel modeling.
• Strategic thinker with exemplary analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
