A well known public accounting firm is hiring a Senior Fund Accountant to work with a very successful real estate investment management company in DTLA.
– This is a salaried position with great bonus potential.

The position will be supervised by a Fund Controller. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the review and oversight of the accounting for operating real estate assets performed by thirdparty fee managers. The position also entails fund level accounting and the consolidation of fund level financial statements. The position is generally responsible for approximately 15 to 20 investments and their related funds.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 4+ experience in accounting or finance in the real estate industry
- Experience with investment companies
- Experience in both public and private accounting
- Knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or any GL System
