Position: Accounting Manager
MUST HAVE’s for Accounting Manager:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 to 3 years in Non-Profit
- Supervisory experience
The Accounting Manager responsibilities will be:
- Establish annual goals/objectives and conduct on-going feedback and annual performance reviews.
- Monitors cash flows at planned disbursements and advises VP of Finance
- Reviews and approves cash receipts for processing by staff
- Reviews and approves journal entries created by direct reports
- Reviews or performs balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis and makes appropriate journal entries
- Balance sheet account reconciliation and review
- Cash projection review
- Closing books for year end
- Posting general journal entries
