Location: Chandler, AZ

Salary: $55 – $60k (DOE)

Duties

• Responsible for monthly general ledger account analysis and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Performing cash management functions
• GL accruals
• Journal entries
• Heavy focus on full-cycle Accounts payable
• Research & resolve issues as needed
• Analysis of expenses

Qualification

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience
• Property Management or HOA experience preferred
• Strong Excel Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
