Lean Solutions Group Hiring for Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Job at Remote Full Time

Job Description: Analyze the current results of the company and prepare short and medium-term projections, to implement the strategic objectives of the company and contribute to senior management in decision-making.

Requirments

• Undergrad in engineering, economics, or similar.
• Two- or three-years minimum post undergrad in a FP&A or similar function
• MBA with a concentration in Finance
• Two years of experience from a consulting firm

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Achieving a timely month end close of the accounting records.

· Evaluate, train, manage and mentor a small but dedicated accounting staff overseeing the integrity of A/R, A/AP and payroll.

· Prepare monthly financial statements and related supporting schedules.

· Implement cost saving initiatives.

· Responsibility for Colombian income tax, transfer pricing and business reporting compliance.

· Work in concert with executive management to prepare, change and improve management reporting tools and dashboards highlighting relevant performance indicators.

· Establish, implement, adapt and maintain internal financial controls and associated processes that consider the current and future of the business.

· Manage the record keeping and security of company data and information including sourcing upgrades to the company’s financial systems as the business continues to scale.

Schedule: Remote. Regular time from Monday to Friday since 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Contract: Direct with the company

Salary: $96,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
