- Entry Level Billing specialist
- Remote from Home to start But needs to be accessible to Princeton NJ areaOur Client in the NJ area is looking for a strong entry level Billing specialist.
- Process and manage entitlement and billing orders into CRM/billing system for the newly acquired product and ensure that all business rules are followed.
- Will be required to analyze data in spreadsheets and communicate details to management and peers.
- Work in tandem with Credit Control, Accounts Receivable and other Finance departments with handoffs and workflows to ensure a smooth transition, as well as the relevant parties in the order processing team to ensure understanding and cross training.
- Also provide back up and data for Financial Audits.
- Will fill in, as needed, with other department responsibilities as needed.
- Strong Computer skills including Excel
