A beautiful senior living community in Bradenton, Florida is looking for a Director of Financial Services to support their residents in this high-end residential community. This provider of choice, life care community has an initial entrance payment and subsequent monthly fees, all services are tailored to meet the needs of the residents and any change in condition that they may experience.
The Director of Finance will have direct reports and oversee daily financial results of the community, work closely with corporate headquarters, ensure timely billing and payments, ensure compliance, work closely with Executive Director on capital improvement projects, etc.
Qualified Director of Financial Services will bring:
Degree in accounting, finance, or other business related area highly preferred
CCRC Life Care experience highly preferred
Current Director of Finance or a talented, seasoned Assistant Director of Finance (or similar title) looking to advance in their career
Proven track record and good tenure
Medicare/Medicaid billing experience
