Overview:
The Senior Manager, Finance oversees the financial planning and analysis activities in support of the VP of FP&A to fully develop the annual budget for Landmark.
The Senior Manager, Finance oversees the financial planning and analysis activities in support of the VP of FP&A to fully develop the annual budget for Landmark.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed financial forecasts for various markets in the company.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reporting materials for board of directors and shareholders.
- Validate all financial reports for accuracy and reasonableness.
- Ability to interpret and present financial results to senior leadership.
- Develop dynamic financial models for new business, product lines and business concepts, including sensitivity analysis around model assumptions.
- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.
- Automate and streamline reporting and business processes.
- This position will serve as a lead on the team; this includes providing leadership and oversight to other areas of operating expenses, monthly reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- 5-10 years of relevant finance and/or accounting experience
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical experience, ability to analyze, interpret business performance measures, and develop new models.
- Strong business partnering skills, communication (verbal and written) with all levels of management and cross-functionally, and the ability to listen well and to influence others that do not report directly
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling skills
- Excellent understanding of financial statements
