What will you be doing? The Sales Account Managers are focused on the growth and retention of our customers. You will be working closely with the Outbound Sales Representatives to provide a well-rounded experience for our customers. Creating long-lasting partnerships with the customer’s needs top of mind; you may be requested to provide consultative advice on industry changes and strategies that promote growth of your customer’s business. You will liaise between customers and internal teams to provide timely and successful delivery of services and solutions. Executing this will require management of high volume inquiries across various communication channels both internally and externally. A strong possession of soft skills is required – you are responsible for creating relationships with business owners and/or managers. Possessing a healthy level of interpersonal and team skills will help you excel in this role.
