Louis area, is looking for an upbeat and personable Marketing Lead for one of our offices in St. Edwardsville, IL. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple businesses.
• Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events to promote brand awareness and engagement.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, video editing, and event planning.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, and event planning is a plus.
