Job Description:
Military Displays is looking to bring on a new Program Finance Analyst who will join a fast paced dynamic program finance team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Project team in the planning, tracking, analysis and reporting of multiple projects of various size and complexity. The analyst will assist in generating monthly Integrated Program Management Reports, Quarterly Estimate at Completions (EACs), and preparation of monthly forecast outlooks for Orders, Sales, OI, Cash and Working Capital. The analyst will conduct detailed financial analysis that provide insight into cost and schedule health on a program to ensure financial objectives are met. Interprets performance data on a weekly and monthly basis with the goal of providing early indicators of program health. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitors program adherence to approved budget. Supports internal and external Audits
Essential Functions:
Maintaining the program’s financial plan, perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within the negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
Prepare monthly forecasts outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash and Working Capital
Support major programs including Cost Plus, with contractual Earned Value (EVMS) reporting requirements.
Quarterly EACs
Weekly R&Os
Support PMO with PMR reports
Acts as the subject matter expert for financial performance of their programs, providing management with an early warning of potential performance issues, identifying risks and offering solutions
Prepares accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting
Collaborate with Program Managements, FP&A, Accounting, Functional support departments, and customers as the primary source of all financial information for the programs they support
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Responsible for knowing/following L3Harris policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of prior relevant work experience in an analytical finance role
Strong attention to detail and strong desire to move up in the organization
Flexibility to work in a fast paced dynamic organization
