Your Role
This is a Regional Financial IT (FIT) role, covering FIT Process definition, implementation projects, and our financial systems (ACON) support for the North American Region. As our Financial IT Process Engineer, you will assist with implementation and streamlining of finance processes using our ACON New software in the North American region. You will also assist with Level 2 ACON New support for the region.
Your Responsibilities
You will be a management support role that will align with the finance manager to define and implement best practices
Understand and analyze finance project requirements, create specifications, and work with the wider project teams to oversee definition to implementation
Use best practices, gap analysis, and business process analysis for relevant projects
Provide interface support and business process change support, especially when new business processes are required and complete change documentation for development purposes
Help support Level 2 ACON New, our internal financial system, for the region
Collaborate with Finance and Business Unit partners for cross-functional projects
You will report to the VP of Financial IT for North America
Your Skills and Experiences
Finance background; finance related degree or certificate
2+ years project lead experience
Comfortable writing and delivering presentations to colleagues up to the C-Suite level
2+ years experience with the implementation of Financial IT processes and ACON support
Microsoft Suite (especially VLookups and Pivot Tables in Excel) and Visio experience

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
