Position Overview:
Kropp Environmental Contractors, Inc. has an opening for an experienced office manager based out of our North Franklin location. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and providing support for the daily operations of the North Franklin and Lebanon Offices and their various departments, and communicating with lead management. Strong priority management and multitasking skills while working in a fast-paced environment are critical to the position.
Duties:
· Oversee and support administrative duties in the office
· Ensure smooth operation of the office
· Manage and assist with the daily duties of the estimating and sales, accounting, and project management departments
· Provide internal support to the field operations manager
· Ensure all and any deadlines for all departments are met in a timely manner
· Supervision of all staff, including equipment and maintenance support personnel
· Schedule and oversee daily meetings, including follow up with all departments
· Support after-hours emergency response administrative tasks
· Provide administrative assistance to the President
Knowledge and skill requirements:
· Capable of working in a team environment
· Comfortable with making independent decisions while adhering to company policies
· Ability to multi-task and triage as needed without getting overwhelmed.
· Ability to write reports and correspondence
· Strong computer skills
· Strong planning and organization skills
· Strong financial management skills
· Environmental Background a plus but not required.
