KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Global Finance (Advisory) to join our National Business Process Group.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare, automate and deliver standardized monthly financial reports, including management-related financial packages and analyses
• Routinely review and analyze financial results and variances and communicate findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with onshore finance support stakeholders in the delivery of accounting operations
• Support and guide program teams and offshore resources in the delivery of financial management activities
• Develop and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and partner organizations to contribute to the greater good of the organization (BES, ITS, Central Finance)

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience working in a professional services firm or matrix organization preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
• Diligent, reliable, able to multi- task and to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Proficient in building relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues across time zones
• Enhanced accounting and financial management skills; Detail oriented and actively seeks ways to improve processes and systems; CPA/CMA designation preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
