We’re looking to hire our first Customer Success Manager. This role will help scale and refine the vision for our Customer Success practice, working closely with executive and go-to-market (GTM) leadership. This is a critical and exciting time for Knapsack as we look to build on our strongest quarter on record and support the business’ pursuit of a Series A fundraise in 2023.
