About the Role:
This position is on Klarna’s Global Strategic Finance and Revenue Growth team. This team is responsible for providing high quality analytical support and financial analysis to drive quality growth globally. Our team partners with teams cross-functionally across the company to guide key strategic decisions. This is a high impact role where you will take on mission-critical projects end to end and work closely with Klarna’s senior leadership team.

What You’ll Do (tasks include):
Play a key role in developing the long-term pricing and revenue strategy for both Klarna’s existing + newly launched products across our global business spanning 15+ markets (with more launching every year)
Use financial and competitive insights gained through rigorous analysis and research to deploy best-in-class financial models and achieve alignment between pricing, value, and business objectives.
Support Go-To-Market and sales teams focused on Klarna’s largest commercial partnerships with in-depth financial analysis, ad hoc data analysis, and reporting
Identify new revenue and growth opportunities and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and make recommendations to our leadership teams
Requirements:
4+ years of experience focused on financial modeling, data analytics, or pricing/partnership pricing strategy at a high growth company with exposure to the payments landscape
Superior analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of how a business operates, particularly business and product positioning.
Experience or deep understanding of payments as a business, payment partnerships, or the credit card/interchange landscape required
An interest in learning more about the payments technology landscape!

Salary Band: 130,000 – 170,000 USD as a total compensation per year (this is variable depending on level assessment). In addition to the posted salary range, there are additional components to Klarna’s compensation package.
