As our sparkling new Engineering Manager, you will inspire and empower the talents in your team, so they can excel in building great software, whilst supporting individual career growth through specific goal setting and continuous feedback. You will support the team with recruitment, mentoring, coaching, facilitation and performance management and more. Inspire, engage and guide the team through this exciting tranformation that requires extensive collaboration, exceptional engineering and most importantly a fun, open and relaxed working environment.
