Description & Requirements
Position Summary We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and analysis for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day finance responsibilities for a portfolio of clients including, but not limited to, client/product/estimate set up, monthly billing process, ad hoc reporting and vendor payment issues
- Support the Client Finance Director to maintain expert and fluid knowledge of clientsxe2x80x99 commercial models and contractual arrangements
- Review and approve Unity opportunities
- Assist Programmatic Strategy teams with the financial management of live campaigns
- Work with Shared Services to resolve billing issues
- Prepare invoice revisions for review and approval
- Maintain incident report log file
- Work with your AOR financial counterpart to follow up on intercompany accounts receivable
- Support the Client Finance team with internal financial reporting: monthly flash, month end close, quarterly forecasts, etc.
- Assist in the development of process and workflow
Desired Skills & Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Finance
- Experience in Finance or Accounting required
- Industry experience desired
- Ability to work successfully across multiple teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to be flexible and a team player

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.
The pay range for this position is $59,800 to $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employeexe2x80x99s/applicantxe2x80x99s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
Minimum Salary 59,800
Maximum Salary 65,000
