In your Performance Marketing Incentives Manager role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
This position is part of our Digital Incentives team and is responsible for leading a One KCNA (Kimberly-Clark North America) approach for consumer centric trial and loyalty marketing (incentives) and driving activation and adoption of solutions to ensure scale and efficiency. Incentives/Consumer promotion includes coupons, rewards, sampling, sweepstakes, supporting loyalty rewards programs, etc. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, deployment, forecasting, analysis, and adoption of consumer centric incentive practices while ensuring both short and long-term BU strategies are being enabled across people, process, and technology.
You will partner with many cross functional stakeholders including KCNA brand and sector/business unit (BU) teams, KCNA and Global ITS, Global Marketing Capabilities, and external agencies/vendors. In this role you will join the Digital Incentives team and report to the Performance Marketing Sr. Manager of Incentives.
Responsibilities:
Accelerate and unlock our One KCNA consumer first approach to empower accelerated business results: Acquisition, Activation, Conversion and Measurement.
Lead the strategy, planning, implementation, and activation of incentives available to KCNA brand teams to thread and lead incentives activation into our integrated audience-first brand plans (including paid, earned, owned), to create end to end value in consumers lives.
In partnership with our Performance Marketing Sector Leaders, responsible to facilitate across our BU brand teams and agencies to ensure we are achieving the sufficiency, efficiency, and effectiveness in our annual incentive campaign planning and execution. Apply a One KCNA lens to potential opportunity and make recommendations that extend beyond BU or brand.
Collaborate for awareness of retailer specific shopper digital incentive initiatives. Integrate and make visible retailer initiatives to ensure our brand teams can factor them into the complete consumer experience and engagement (paid, owned, earned).
Surface measurable results by data tracking and performance analysis using appropriate analytical methods to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of incentives. Correlate actions to business outcomes such as incremental sales, risk reduction, or cost optimization.
Channel managers to integrate incentives for continuous optimization.
Support the overall Consumer Promotion (CP) budget/forecast process for promotional incentive elements with the SFA, GBS and Brand Teams for all investments in consumer promotion incentives.
Drive innovative approaches to test/learn and lead pilot execution for new consumer promotion methodology creating a flywheel of agile learning and application for optimization and conversion by driving existing capabilities or those being delivered from the Global Digital Center of Excellence team via global products/platforms or external vendors to enhance consumer experiences.
Design and implement One KCNA marketing incentive solutions in partnership with Performance Marketing Channel Managers, cross-functional team members and extended partners with omni channel accountability to drive optimization across vehicles/channels with incentives with right vendors to drive 1st party data, more consumer learning.
Manage/lead external incentives-based partnerships. Own 2-3 key vendor relationships on behalf of Performance Marketing Team and Incentives team. This ownership will include working closely with procurement and internal teams to ensure we collaborate and plan across KCNA effectively and contribute to negotiation and desired contractual terms.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of proven and progressive experience in Marketing, Marketing Capabilities, or consumer promotions/incentives.
Strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives at once.
Strategy/innovation thought leadership – drive change.
Results focused, decisive, collaborative, and has the capability to build talent.
Proven effectiveness in operating within a highly matrixed organization. Ability to build collaborative working relationships with team members both internal and external across the organization.
Recognized as a subject matter expert due to a deep understanding of incentives and/or digital marketing coupled with an analytic aptitude and a test-and-learn mindset.
Data-driven, self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys compiling various data points to gain insights, formulate actionable plans, and implement initiatives to deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Incentives related experience (couponing, loyalty/rewards, sampling, etc.). Understand the current landscape and how to activate paper and digital incentives.
Ability to successfully drive cross functional partnerships.
Strategic and tactical supplier relationship management.
Large project experience.
Self-starter, critical thinker, highly ambitious, and deeply curious.
