Summary
The Global B2B Integrated Marketing Leader has primary responsibility for overseeing Kimberly Clark Professional’s approach to developing integrated customer-centric marketing and sales initiatives worldwide. Working as part of a new Global Center of Excellence, the Global B2B Integrated Marketing Leader plays a critical role in establishing the “KCP Way” for translating customer journey maps, previous marketing key performance indicators and business needs into end-to-end initiatives that combine online/offline marketing, event, PR, and sales strategies into a holistic effort to achieve business goals. More than a marcom campaign development expert, the Global B2B Integrated Marketing Leader is also an expert at buyer profile development and analytics/optimization. This role is part facilitator, part coach and part guardian of what will eventually be a standardized process for executing key growth initiatives across multiple global regions.

Our ideal candidate has a clear and quantifiable track-record leading omnichannel marketing campaigns for large, global B2B organizations or agencies on behalf of large organizations that include a clear handoff to sales in a B2B environment. Experience developing effective governance processes is important as is good stakeholder management.

This role requires a strong leader with a dynamic personality who can guide a matrixed global organization’s efforts to build new, effective capabilities in end-to-end, lifecycle sales and marketing initiatives. Candidate must be able to earn respect through influence and maintain relationships across global regions and within different global departments.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Setting example globally for translating customer journey maps into overall marketing and sales initiative strategy – directly engaged in “top projects” as dictated by annual business plans
• Collaborating with internal Creative and Product Category teams and external agencies. Intaking product briefs from Category teams and translating key points into integrated marketing communication briefs
• Organizing global and regional marketing subject matter experts as needed to participate in brainstorming sessions to develop the end-to-end strategy for key marketing and sales initiatives for top enterprise marketing and initiatives
• Coordinating with global and business category leaders to determine annual business priorities to prioritize resource deployment
• Developing and keeping the full lifecycle (acquisition, loyalty, cross-sell/up-sell) marketing plan and calendar for deployment
• Developing framework for handoff of strategy to subject matter experts (PR, Content, Paid Media, Email, Web, Sales teams, analytics, etc.) for execution
• Setting global standards and specific requirements for initiative KPIs, analytics and optimization protocols to ensure overall initiative success
• Keep up with B2B marketing and sales best practices, coaching regional marketing resources to grow the overall organization’s capabilities
• Developing and updating playbooks for end-to-end processes to augment regional execution capability
• Demonstrate significant improvement of marketing and sales initiative KPIs where the Global COE (Center of Excellence) is involved

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• 10+years in agency or enterprise product marketing strategy development, launching global campaigns based on end-to-end customer journeys
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong record of accomplishment for success in marketing and sales initiatives
• Experience with Account Based Marketing, Marketing Automation, Digital Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing/SEO
• Experience with integrated marketing and sales lead flow and accountability reporting.
