Kickfurther Looking for Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM) at Buffalo, NY Full Time

Kickfurther is looking for an experienced Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM) to join our growing Marketing team. We’re a quickly growing Marketing team looking for someone to lead and mature our Account Based Marketing (ABM) program with a significant focus on driving eager, high-value opportunities for our Account Executive (Sales) team. You’ll be the internal expert on what it takes to reach, convince and partner with target accounts, and you’ll have access to the gifting, messaging, advertising, Sales tools and talents needed to grow this program into a reliable revenue channel. You would be monitoring and tracking performance in close collaboration with Sales operations.

We’re building out our team with subject matter experts. Overseeing Account Based Marketing, you’ll be responsible for auditing existing systems and leading our investment into scaling outbound B2B lead generation. You’ll have the opportunity to become an equity stakeholder in a quickly growing company and step into a Growth Department that’s eager to support this role with the budget and resources necessary for you to drive success.

Requirements

• Lead strategic account planning with Sales team to identify top accounts
• Establish and execute on the ABM and acquisition program plan to drive pipeline development
• Execute strategic 1:1 ABM campaigns that drive sales-qualified opportunities for our account executive team
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing teams to identify the most effective campaign direction, messaging, content, tactics for personas within target accounts
• Communicate with leadership on the strategy, execution and results of targeted campaigns; you will be the in-house ABM expert.
• Accelerate target account penetration by delivering measured, tested and compelling campaigns and experiences
• Demonstrate creativity and optimization by delivering new ways to spark curiosity and interest within target accounts that stand out from what’s already common in the market
• Coordinate with paid digital team as needed to deliver multi-touch experiences
• Oversee development of supporting materials needed to make your campaigns hum: From landing pages to inserts to custom gifting to whatever else is needed to drive impact
• Know what to say and when – showcase your skills starting strategic conversations by writing the copy that helps build awareness and curiosity
• Segment target accounts and campaigns to improve your ability to speak to the specific challenges and needs facing our customers
• Own the account-based marketing playbook; don’t settle for initial success, tell us where you envision the program growing, what you’ll need to get there, and what it looks like to see the program grow

• Understand our target market and, with the assistance of the strategic partnerships team, identify opportunities to build trust, awareness and pipeline through targeted sponsorships.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing with a focus on account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing
• 3+ years running ABM campaigns
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce
• Experience in building out ABM strategy and implementation to drive pipeline
• Must understand the marketing to sales lead flow
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
• Data-driven and focused on sales goals
• Creative thinker who can illustrate out-of-the-box approaches to stand out
• Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple, high-priority projects
• Significant experience managing to KPIs with budget accountability
