Kforce has a client looking for a bilingual Finance Manager on a permanent basis in Irving TX. Duties include:
In this role, the Finance Manager will lead the preparation of monthly executive presentations, as well as various ad hoc reporting requests
Develop and maintain financial models that provide guidance for Senior Leadership
Support Senior Management and Corporate Associates with data requests and analyses
Identify and implement improvements to Financial Reporting processes
Analyze monthly regional financial statements and statistics to identify variances between planned and actual results to provide management with transparency and guidance
Assist in establishing and strengthening financial and operational reporting of newly acquired business units or joint ventures
The Finance Manager will lead the preparation of forecasts and the annual budget
College degree is required
5 years of Finance experience
Bilingual (Spanish) is required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
