A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Finance Coordinator in Washington, DC.Responsibilities include:
Finance Coordinator is responsible for assisting in overseeing, coordinating, administering financial records, and data
Contract management: expenditure documentation, expense reports, and administration of business contracts
Finance Coordinator will be working with accounting to solve issues that arise, preparing journal entries, recording expenses/revenue, following up on AR, etc.
Being a point of contact on timesheets, recording project codes and new vendors in system, maintaining financial records, and some compliance duties
Bachelor’s degree
Strong Microsoft Excel skills/experience
Finance experience
Quick learner and self-starter
Being detail-oriented
