Kforce has a client that is seeking a Finance Clerk in Reston, VA.Duties Include:
Finance Clerk will act as the primary point of contact (POC) for internal teams, offering prompt assistance regarding financial coding, reclassifications, and the processing of expenses or invoices
Conduct thorough reviews and audits of expense coding within the company to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our financial records
As a Finance Clerk, you will provide various transactional reports for Finance, Accounting, and internal stakeholders
Maintain and uphold essential finance policies and facilitate transparent and consistent communication with staff, including but not limited to the Expense Policy and AMEX Policy
Assist FP&A and Accounting teams on various administrative tasks as required, such as vendor setup, collections, insurance support, and management of corporate card operations, etc.
Bachelor’s degree; Or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience
3 years of work experience preferably performed in an administrative function in a corporate setting
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and be detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to interact with a wide variety of people using diplomacy, tact and discretion
Ability to work independently prioritize work with minimal supervision in a team setting
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrated writing skills for business and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to work in-office and remotely according to the company’s hybrid work environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
