RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce’s client is looking for a Director, Business Finance to join their team. This client is a leading manufacturing company that is continuously growing. They offer a strong benefits and compensation package that includes a bonus, equity, unlimited PTO, winter break, etc. This role will work in a hybrid schedule.
Duties Include:
- Director, Business Finance will lead the process of developing forecasts and budgets
- Analyze and prepare financial data, trends, and recommendations
- Develop and maintain forecast models
- Interpret spending trends and create plans and forecasts
- Review KPI reports
- Support financial M&A activities
- As a Director, Business Finance, you will communicate financial results and trends
- Participate in ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct analyses and develop insights to improve decision making
- Develop management reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10 years of FP&A experience in a large company
- Manufacturing experience
- M&A experience
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills
