The Customer Account Manager role might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have advanced skills in Excel (formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, graphs, etc.)
- Have prior work experience in the manufacturing industry
- Are highly motivated and self-directed, with a strong sense of urgency and customer-focus
- Have strong project management skills with a strict attention to detail
- Are able to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in business administration, finance or a related area

What’s a typical day like as a Customer Account Manager? You’ll be:
- Working as part of a customer-facing team to provide operational support throughout all stages of aircraft engine repair projects
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and key internal departments including the repair shop, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain
- Providing regular status updates and reports to customers and internal teams
- Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
