Keller Williams Inspire Realty is looking for a Director of First Impressions/Marketing Coordinator in our Fargo, ND location. This person plays an integral part in our team, supporting our agents and leadership team as well as the clients that we service.
This person will be at our front desk, but this is so much more than a typical “receptionist” position. We will look for this person to emulate our culture, reinforce our positive and welcoming atmosphere and assist with the operations and servicing of our agents.
Customer service, communication and vocabulary skills will be strongly desired traits, followed up by structure and organization skills, problem solving and the ability to prioritize and self-manage time effectively. Tech and social media proficiency is very important as well. We will look to this person to give feedback to the leadership team and find solutions to systems that could be more productive and efficient. The ideal candidate will be able to be extremely self-sufficient and motivated to take the initiative to truly own this role and its responsibilities.

Who are we looking for?
The Director of First Impressions (DFI) will understand that our agents are our clients. We are here to support them and keep them happy with the services we provide. Among those services are helping our agents have brand recognition in our communities. We are looking for a self-starting, creative and experienced marketing individual that works well with a team. This person will conceptualize, curate, schedule, and track social media posts and engagement.
The DFI will be responsible for the appearance of the Market Center common areas. They will ensure the office is neat and prepared for business.
The Director of First Impressions (DFI) will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office. They will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones. You will provide general assistance to the entire team of KW staff and agents, including maintenance of the front and surrounding areas, boardrooms, office supplies, lighting, materials and other administrative support. Aiding with training, scheduling, and general office communication. Your ability to communicate and be acutely aware of the overall “feeling” of the office and our agents is critical. Various supportive items and day to day activities will occur, all of which are to happen with a keen eye on the fact that you are the first impression in person and on the phone.
The Director of First Impressions/Marketing Coordinator is desired to have job-specific skills in general computer experience, social media experience, and excellent administrative skills. They must be task oriented, detail oriented and calm under pressure.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet everyone coming and going, in person, or on the phone, to create an environment of professionalism, courtesy, and support
Have a relationship based attitude to build rapport and engage everyone. Treat our agents like our clients, and proactively assist when and where needed, communicating to leadership as necessary
Treat the front common areas, boardrooms, copy room, lunch room and learn center as they were your own- keeping them stocked, organized and looking professional
Create social media content that builds meaningful connections and encourages follower engagement in all social media platforms
Monitor social media and ensure activity is commensurate with the image and culture of our office
Design communication materials, including content for public and agent audiences
Assist leadership by implementing efficiencies when possible, time and calendar management, and help complete tasks as defined
Assist the Market Center Administrator in certain aspects of the Market Center financials
Computer input / work with agents, coordinators, and compliance to complete real estate transactions through the KW system (Helping with commissions, earnest money, & lockboxes)
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule conference rooms, training, and related activities and communicate across multiple platforms as required
General office supplies, tools, and support being the go-to person, expert, for all things administrative at the office, not being afraid to ask for assistance when needed
Provide general office assistance for activities, recruiting, travel arrangement, training, and other such scheduled activities
Arrange for training and build attendance in Market Center Training Events
Support agents with their use of the KW Command system
