Job Description
Our goal is to Provide representatives with the tools needed to succeed while prioritizing their growth and independence. From its conception in 2003, KCD Financial, a broker-dealer and registered investment advisor, has proudly served independent financial planners nationwide. Successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Calculate commissions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and file payroll tax with Federal and State agencies
- Prepare and file quarterly Tax forms
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing
- Assist with preparation of annual financial audit
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Assist in day to day operations of Firm
The successful candidate will have the following skill set
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and journal entries
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with tax regulations related to payroll processing
- Understanding of QuickBooks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
